Your Camp Staff CORI Acknowledgement Form is attached.

* Please scan (or take photos of) the front and rear of your license and email to photos@sscyc.org. Please include your name and date of birth in the body of the email.

* Once we receive the images of your license we will process your CORI check. This should take a couple of days.

* We will add you to the Camp Staff Facebook Group and Email list after reviewing the background check.
