Camp 2024

We are pleased to invite you to register for SSCYC's 67^th annual camp week. We will once again host our camp week at the picturesque Camp Cody in Freedom, NH.

Please Note: Camp 2024 will run Saturday - Friday. We will return to the South Shore late Friday afternoon.

The total cost for Camp 2024 will be $750.00, including a $250.00 registration fee.

We make every effort to make the camp program available to as many people as possible and believe that our all-inclusive camp experience to be a great value compared to other week-long sleep-away camps. For those that may need financial assistance, SSCYC is partnering with the member churches to streamline the application process. At check-out you will be provided the option to donate to our Campership Fund to help ensure we can make our camp program available to as many people as possible. Donations can be made when you pay the registration fee, camp balance, or at any other time on our website. All donations are non-refundable and not required as part of your tuition. SSCYC, Inc. (Camp) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and donations are tax deductible. Your payment receipt is proof of gift.

Each camper will be given the opportunity to request a friend or two to be in their cabin at camp. We do the best we can to honor all cabin requests, but no request is guaranteed. Cabin requests will be collected after the camp enrollment is set.

We allow active church and youth group members to sponsor up to 2 guest attendees to register for camp. If your camper has friends or family that aren't involved with the church or youth group programs, but you think they would enjoy our camp program, they can register and select "Guest" under Church Membership and enter the youth group member's name.

Registration

The entire registration process can be completed online. Nothing to mail, unless you choose to pay by check.
• Read and accept the Memorandum of Understanding.
• Complete the registration form and sign with a digital signature. A copy of the form will be emailed to you for your records.
• Upload a head-shot photo of your camper.
• Pay online (or print a payment stub to mail with a check).

Important Dates

• Sunday, February 25^th - Registration Due
• Sunday, May 19^th - Balance Due
• Saturday, June 29^th - Last day to withdraw with a refund

Refund Policy

Registration Fee

The $250.00 Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE with the following exceptions:
• Members of the Class of 2024 may withdraw from camp with a full refund until June 8^th if there is a conflict with college start date.
• After May 19^th, waitlisted campers who withdraw prior to a spot freeing up for them will receive a full refund.
• Waitlisted campers who do not become enrolled by the start of camp will receive a full refund.

Camp Tuition

The balance of the Camp Tuition ($500) is fully refundable until Saturday, June 29^th. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after June 29^th.

Our camp administration and staff are dedicated to presenting your campers with a valuable and fun week. It is an amazing time for every camper to think about relationships with family and friends and to explore their own journey of faith. The camp experience includes massive camp wide games and activities, small intimate discussion groups, cabin team building exercises, music, songs, worship and more. We welcome your campers and teens of all races, sexual orientations, gender identities, faiths, and cultures to join us in "A vacation with a purpose" to experience it all.
