Registration for Camp 2025 is now open.

The total tuition for Camp 2025 is $950 per camper, but there are several discounts available to lower this to $800 or less per camper.  Please see Dates & Rates for more information, and don’t forget to complete your registration by December 15 to receive the $50 early registration discount.

We make every effort to make the camp program available to as many people as possible and believe that our all-inclusive camp experience to be a great value compared to other week-long sleep-away camps. For those that may need financial assistance, SSCYC is partnering with the member churches to streamline the application process. Please see the Campership Application page for more information and to apply for assistance.

A complete registration includes submitting a Registration Form, a Memorandum of Understanding, a photo of your camper, and paying the $250 registration fee.  Your registration is not considered received until all items are submitted.  If you need more time to pay the registration fee, please pay what you can and reach out to tom@sscyc.org with a plan to pay the balance and we will work with you.

Camp registration is open to anyone who is currently in 7th – 12th grade.

Complete the online registration form.

Read and accept the Memorandum of Understanding.

Pay the Registration Fee.

Upload a “head-shot” photo of your camper.
